About me

I love working with children, young people and adults to help empower stronger mental health and happier lives.   I adopt a person centred approach, believing that the best outcome for your individual needs is achieved by working together and trusting in the therapeutic relationship and process.

At the core of this person centred approach is the desire to work empathically with individuals, facilitating safe exploration into current or historical challenges to help enable you to gain more control and a better understanding of your life.

I have found that with time, empathy, respect and a safe space, people feel free to explore their life challenges with me in a positive, productive manner.  This exploration often leads to understanding, acceptance and an ability to move forward.

I have trained with Place2be, the national leading charity in children's mental health.
